Carleton Keller - President
Carl is a current multi-storage facility owner that recognized the need for a professional company to help organize all the working parts it takes to help a storage facility run smoothly and profitable. Carl will answer his phone 24/7/365 and will personally be involved with every client. With over 40 years experience managing facilities, his problem solving skills are extensive. His hobbies include Vintage Motocross Racing and Cowboy Mounted Shooting.
Blake Keller
Blake graduated from Texas A&M in 2017 then moved to Austin for his first job in sales at Oracle. After Oracle he moved into a commercial leasing role at KPG Commercial. Blake grew up working at the family-owned original Pack Rat Storage in Whitehouse, Texas, and continued in the mini-storage industry throughout college as well. His hobbies include golf, basketball, tennis, and motocross racing. On the first day of 2021 he was forced off the road into a tree, experiencing an almost life-ending car accident. Since then, he has been going to therapy every day, and focuses on how to best contribute to BK2 Facility Solutions to continue the family tradition.
Karen Valentine - Office Administrator
Karen has been involved in accounting and budgeting for over 30 years. Serving as a controller in the construction industry has brought a wide range of knowledge about facility accounting and management.
My current home in Port Aransas Texas allows the pursuit of my favorite beach hobbies as well as an amazing community to call home!
